The staff are polite and welcoming as well as the owner. It is nestled in the center of the town, easy walk to Kota Kinabalu Waterfront.

Very central location not far from the waterfront area, riverside, and Gaya Street and other attractions, it was in a busy area. Also, the hotel was 5 minutes walk from Oceanus Waterfront Mall.

As a family, we loved the excellent service and care provided by the staff at Hotel Kooler Inn. They went above and beyond to assist us and gave great recommendations. The rooms were in pristine condition, like a 5-star hotel. The location was convenient, with the city center and waterfront/market just a 15-minute walk away. We felt comfortable and safe during our stay, and all the necessary amenities, such as a refrigerator, strong water pressure, water heater. The friendly staff always greeted us and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel's strategic location allowed us to easily walk to restaurants, tourist sites, and malls. The affordable rate was a pleasant surprise, as we still enjoyed utmost comfort and didn't encounter any issues with the room. We highly recommend Hotel Kooler Inn for families.
